There have been layoffs at Current Media, the cable network co-founded by former U.S. Vice President Al Gore.

Update: Instead of laying people off, why didn't Gore redeploy people within the company into great new green jobs (installing solar panels, CFL bulbs, etc)? Wouldn't these be jobs that pay well and can't be outsourced?
