(CNSNews.com) - Former “James Bond” actor Pierce Brosnan arrived at the Jane Goodall Institue awards ceremony – where he was honored for his commitment to environmental education – in a luxury Lincoln Town Car.

He told CNSNews.com that he has taken steps to reduce his carbon footprint by driving a hydrogen car for his personal use.

“Driving a hydrogen car,” said Brosnan. “That’s one step.”

According to the Lincoln Automotive Marketing Department and their media Web site, Lincoln does not make an electric, hybrid, or hydrogen version of the Town Car, the vehicle Brosnan, 55, and his wife Keely Shaye, 45, arrived in at the event.
