Duluth Parks and Recreation’s Bayfront Park outdoor skating rink will be closed today, January 26th due to the extreme cold weather conditions. The combination of the cold temperatures and wind chill forecasted for today will be too hazardous for children to be outdoors.

I've never been head of the UN, but that number of starving people sounds a little high.
