EU summit to put off decision on climate [swindle] funding for developing world :
Luxembourg - The European Union is set to put off any decision on how it should pay developing countries to fight climate change until a summit in October, according to internal documents. EU officials estimate that the developed world will have to pay poorer countries around 100 billion euros (140 billion dollars) per year by 2020 to help them adapt to climate change.

If the bill is passed, Mr Sullivan said, Australia and New Zealand would be the only countries to include agriculture in a carbon reduction scheme.

"Other countries, including all of Europe, are acutely aware of the danger of tampering with food production systems and the supply chain," he said.

"Yet, despite Australia's heavy reliance on agricultural exports this message still seems to be falling on deaf ears here...

"It is an absurd situation where natural emissions from animals that are essential to food security are counted, yet the carbon that is locked up in these systems is ignored."
