Global Warming: Science or Religion? - Sterling Burnett - Planet Gore on National Review Online
Since I wrote the article in Human Events, I have issued a challenge in every public debate in which I've participated asking my opponent to name the conditions or findings — any conditions or findings — that he or she would take as falsifying his or her stated belief that humans are causing catastrophic climate change. To date, no one has been willing to name any conditions that would falsify, for them, their belief in the theory.

Ebell, however, also warned that drilling won’t be enough to save the state. “California’s budget agreement will not bail out California’s economy, but it won’t contribute to further decline. California must repeal the state’s economically catastrophic global warming legislation.”
The state in 2006 passed legislation requiring carbon dioxide emissions reductions by 25 percent cut mandated by 2020. The cost of the global warming legislation, according to a new study, will be enormous – over 1 million jobs.
Climate fear-mongering benefits big business - The Whig Standard - Ontario, CA
Solomon first shed light on Enron Corp. and its involvement in the Bill Clinton-Al Gore presidency and the Kyoto Accord. A cap-and-trade system for limiting greenhouse gas emissions was going to produce a multi-billion-dollar profit. Greenpeace and the World Wildlife Fund were paid for their support.

Solomon then exposed the insurance industry's lobbying, since the late 1970s, in regard to global warming. Greenpeace benefited from insurance industry dollars in spreading fear about global warming. Record profits were earned by the insurance industry due to the fear-mongering.

Solomon wound up the series with a look at DuPont and its involvement in the Obama administration's cap-and-trade system. The company has positioned itself to profit enormously while spreading fear about global warming. Amazingly, Greenpeace is against the legislation.
