SEABROOK — The Rockingham Planning Commission (RPC) is attempting to be proactive about climate change and the town of Seabrook is involved.

The RPC is attempting to address the theory that the Earth's changing climate will bring radical changes to coastal areas due to projected sea level rise over the next 50 to 100 years.
