[Back when the science was settled, did we say that we expected more rain?  We meant less rain]
PORTLAND, Ore. - A study indicates the Pacific Northwest can expect less of both rain and snow in future dry years.

That's a change. In the past, scientists have said climate change bringing warmer weather to the region will likely mean more rain and less snow but about the same amount of precipitation overall.

Greenland's government wants to heavily increase its CO2 emissions
Greenland’s melting glaciers are textbook examples of man-made global warming. Yet, the island’s new prime minister Kuupik Kleist has no plans to reduce the country’s CO2 emissions. On the contrary, Greenland's emissions could rise from 650,000 tonnes to 10 million tonnes, if the local administration succeeds in attracting new industries, the prime minister says, according to Danish newspaper Politiken.
