Greeks Reluctant to Leave Cars Home on Day Without Cars
The marking of the 8th edition of European Day Without Cars hasn't made a big difference in the usual picture of the traffic jams at the Athens centre so far this morning. Then there's Energy Secretary Steven Chu, a global warming and cap-and-trade wacko, who stated "Coal is my worst nightmare." An energy secretary that doesn't know that over 50 percent of the U.S. is powered by coal. He's got a real promising future. Sadly, America doesn't. How about the global warming czar Carol Browner who, according to the Washington Times, was a leader of a socialist group called the "Commission for a Sustainable World Society" which calls for "global governance." The group says that rich countries must shrink their economies to address climate change. Hey, that's why the Democrats invented cap and trade.
