How the global warming industry is based on one MASSIVE lie - Telegraph Blogs
The scary red line shooting upwards is the one Al Gore, Michael Mann, Keith Briffa and their climate-fear-promotion chums would like you to believe in. The black one, heading downwards, represents scientific reality.

We “Global Warming Deniers” are often accused of ignoring the weight of scientific opinion. Well if the “science” on which they base their theories is as shoddy as Mann’s Hockey Stick, is it any wonder we think they’re talking cobblers?
World's climate change expert calls on Arab leaders to build sustainable future at Beirut conference
"A well-designed solar power station can generate between 3,000 and 5,000-megawatts; just ten of these in the region and that gives you all the energy you need," says Pachauri, ahead of a regional sustainability conference, organized by the Yale Arab Alumni Association (YAAA) at the American University of Beirut on October 2-3, 2009.
Exelon Quits US Chamber of Commerce | Triple Pundit
Energy companies are often the most sensitive to public opinion surrounding climate change, and moves by Exelon and others could be, and have been, seen as cynical public relations maneuvers.

Perhaps more important, PG&E and many other utilities have already made large investments in renewable energy; a cap and trade or carbon tax system would benefit these investments immensely. Exelon owns nuclear power plants, which, as zero-carbon emitters, would also benefit.
Community Conversation: Extreme danger in using labels
And yes, there was disparaging talk about cap-and-trade legislation, as usual. Professor Soon, a Ph.D. scientist from the Harvard-Smithsonian Center and expert on climate studies — yeah right, faker — talked about how carbon dioxide is good for plants and how in over 20 years of research he has not seen evidence of carbon emissions causing global warming. Boy, Mr. Soon, you really don't watch much TV, do you? Moreover, please do not bring up the fact that Dr. Richard Evans, former top global warming advocate and carbon accounting expert has come, in large part, to agree with you.
