Globally-Acceptable Truth and the Crime of Thinking
Climate change skeptics are scientists who have gone beyond the hype and conducted their own research, and made their own findings. It’s what scientists do.

For their efforts they have been fired – discarded – blocked from receiving grants – banned from publications - and threatened. They’ve been compared to holocaust deniers – called nuts, crazy, and dangerous.
Unbalanced Outrage: Welcoming Taxes While Decrying the Cost of Doing Business
In fact, I wonder why the ripoff known as “cap and trade,” the cap and trade global warming tax passed by the U.S. House in June and being considered by the U.S. Senate now isn’t front-page, above-the-fold news every day in the Rapid City Journal.

RNC slams Obama climate bill, targets Boxer
“Unsatisfied with pushing job-killing health care taxes, Senate Democrats are introducing their own job-killing national energy tax today," said RNC Spokeswoman Kirsten Kukowski. [But aren't the glaciers allegedly accelerating?]: UN chief warns of 'glacial pace' in climate talks
STOCKHOLM — UN chief Ban Ki-moon warned Thursday climate talks were moving at a "glacial pace" and urged the European Union to take the lead ahead of a key Copenhagen summit in December.
YouTube - [Some of the most stupid demagoguery that you'll ever see]: Senator Merkley Introduces Clean Energy Jobs Bill
["Now, a lot of folks have said that this is just too complicated, so let me break it down for you. This is about American jobs creating American energy for American families for the American economy and American workers. How complicated can that be?...it's a choice between dirty air and clean air--today we stand united for clean air!"]
Why was little-known Senator Merkley chosen for this introduction?

If his supporters truly believe that this legislation will save the world, why does he only get a smattering of polite applause?
