Western companies that desire to avoid strict environmental standards, desire cheap labor, and desire cheap electric power will often re-locate production facilities to China or outsource production to their Chinese manufacturing partners. Apple has abused the Chinese environment and its citizens by having the majority of its top selling products produced there. By doing so, Apple and other American companies are contributing to an environment that creates these horrendous "cancer villages."
