The national security angle floated by Kerry and Obama is also recommended by top GOP pollster Frank Luntz in advice to his client The Environmental Defense Fund. Luntz says republicans will go for the whole(scam)thing if the right words are used, such as national security. No wonder the GOP keeps losing elections.
