Not at all since oil is rarely used for electricity generation, about 1.5%, and I believe Hawaii is most of that.

Nice to see APR telling stories about how paid pr hacks are advising cap and trade-linked NGOs how to better sell cap and trade with new words and phrases that do not mention cap and trade. Not merely reporting deception, but reporting its creation as if it were the voyage to progressive Valhalla.
