Many skeptical-leaning bloggers have scientific, mathematical, and statistical training - not to mention decades of real-world experience under their belts. Others have been professional communicators (I, myself, am a former print journalist). Some are speed-readers, others have photographic memories. Many, like the folks who rendered the Climategate e-mails fully searchable within a matter of hours, have impressive information technology skills. Some are retired, with plenty of time on their hands.Gore's problem isn't that the skeptics are dishonest and well-funded; his problem is that all of his "evidence" is complete crap.

So my conclusion out of all this is that we have no net warming in the world. We have some rise out of the Little Ice Age and we had some net warmth during the warm phase of the PDO in the 1990’s (especially toward the end); but that is leaving now that we’re in the cold phase of the PDO.The Last Ditch: An inconvenient challenge
