Guardian retracts "denier" label for Stephen McIntyre
In today's article by Fred Pearce, he compares McIntyre's quest for data to breaking down the ivory walls of academia, but originally took the time to label a caption of McIntyre as a "full-time climate change denier." Readers were quick to come to McIntyre's defense, with half a dozen or so comments demanding the label be taken down.

To our shock and dismay, The Guardian capitualted within the hour by changing the label to "climate skeptic." Is it possible that skeptics are not only gaining ground but the respect of the mass media? We at Not Evil sure hope so.
