Vancouver- Premier Gordon Campbell will speak at California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's Global Climate Summit 3 at the University of California Davis Nov. 15-16.

Premier Campbell will take part in two plenary discussions: "Rising to the Climate Challenge" and "Race to Green Action". Leaders and experts from around the globe meet at the Governors' Climate Summit to discuss not only the challenges of climate change, but how to work collaboratively to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and build strong green economies.
