North India shivers 13 perishes in cold wave
Allahabad and the national capital today shivered under the intense cold wave that claimed 13 more lives and continued to keep mercury under sub-zero levels in the hill states of northern India.

The mercury dipped below three deg C, the first time in seven years in Allahabad, leaving eight people dead due to cold in the district.
