Frost damage causes problems along railways
The Finnish Transport Agency said in a statement Friday that after an exceptionally cold winter frost damage is expected to cause more problems in train traffic than usual.

The agency estimates speed limits due to frost damage need to be set along 1,000 rail kilometers. The final amount of speed limits needed depends on the weather conditions during the rest of the winter.

FEDERAL Labor risks losing power unless it comes up with carbon price policy that keeps manufacturing strong, a key union has warned.
The Australian Manufacturing and Workers Union says polling across 13 marginal seats in industrial areas in NSW, Victoria and Tasmania indicated Labor would lose seats at the next election.
