BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Experts said a North Dakota wind turbine's rotor and blades crashed to the ground because they weren't properly aligned with a power shaft atop the turbine's steel tower, which caused the rotor's connecting bolts to fail.
Unexpected snowfall surprises eastern provinces in spring
A cold weather front coming from the Balkans has drastically affected the weather in eastern Turkey, where snowfall started on Monday night.

A total of 111 roads were closed as a result of the snowfall, which has brought daily life in most eastern provinces to a standstill.
