In case you missed it: Warmist IPCC lead author Noah Diffenbaugh cites studies showing that carbon dioxide could reduce Midwestern corn yields by more than 30 percent

He also cited studies showing that projected increases in summer temperatures in the Midwestern United States could reduce the harvest of staples, such as corn and soybeans, by more than 30 percent.

I wonder...
What does the good doctor predict if the current USA cooling trend continues? I'm pretty sure that will be bad for crop yields.

Seems to me we need some MORE CO2.

Funny, I seem to recall these hysteria mongers used to tell us AGW would be most evident in warmer winters:

That story line isn't working too well these days. So, I guess they are adapting their hysteria mongering to better conform with the weather (last summer in Russia).
