Warmist Kevin Rudd: We're allegedly losing 1/150,000 of the Antarctic ice sheet every year!

Just spoke with the Antarctic Division in Hobart about global warming. We are losing 200 cubic km of ice each year from Antarctica. KRudd
Antarctic ice sheet - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Antarctic ice sheet is one of the two polar ice packs of the Earth. It covers about 98% of the Antarctic continent and is the largest single mass of ice on Earth. It covers an area of almost 14 million square km and contains 30 million cubic km of ice.
1. What's the margin of error in estimating the volume of the Antarctic ice sheet?

2. If the Antarctic ice sheet experiences tiny changes in size, how do we know that trace amounts of CO2 caused that fluctuation?

If the ice is on average 5Kms thick and it covers 14,000,000 Km2, then shouldn't the volume be more than 30mKm3?

Ice sublimation in Antarctica has been observed as high as 35 cm/yr. If this occurs over 5% of the Antarctic area, it gives about 250 km^3 ice loss per year, without any need for melting temperatures.
