If the ice is on average 5Kms thick and it covers 14,000,000 Km2, then shouldn't the volume be more than 30mKm3?
Ice sublimation in Antarctica has been observed as high as 35 cm/yr. If this occurs over 5% of the Antarctic area, it gives about 250 km^3 ice loss per year, without any need for melting temperatures.
