Piers Morgan interviewed New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman last night on "Piers Morgan Tonight," and GOP presidential primary frontrunner Rick Perry came up. "Rick Perry's state is on fire," said Friedman of Perry's views on global warming. "It's now experiencing the worst wildfires in its history, which fits in exactly with the predictions of climate change...it's actually happening under his nose, climate change, and he's denying it."POLL: Al Gore and climate change | The Tennessean | tennessean.com
Friedman also discussed the possibility of Perry winning in 2012. "It's scary to me," he said.
