Hey, just checked that Reuters link and the story is changed. I found this from your site earlier today on my mobile phone and that is also changed. It no longer says

"Bank of America Merrill Lynch has joined forces with U.S.-based carbon portfolio manager TerraPass Inc in a bid to enter the nascent Californian emissions market, "

I wonder why? Could it be because they (large banks) already have carbon derivatives modeled from derivatives from the subprime fiasco ready to go?
