As another volcano, Mexico – Popocatepetl spews ash 3 miles/5 km into the sky, rising clouding-cooling-storms-floods, it's time to consider volcanic craters' caps to prevent ash ejection to the stratosphere, that causes volcanic winters and ice-ages, if sun stays weak for a long time, as all predictions say now:
