Brrrr! Stockton sets a record low of 23 degrees | California

 STOCKTON - One of the coldest Decembers in recent memory continued this week with the setting of a new record-low temperature on Monday.

Stockton bottomed out Monday morning at 23 degrees, breaking the record of 24 degrees set in 1990.
