Another blown forecast

Around midnight on Friday, our local paper predicted a 70-degree high for yesterday.  Fifteen hours later, the real high was reached: 49 degrees.

Doing a simple linear extrapolation of this error rate (21 degrees every 15 hours) , I project that actual temperatures in the year 2100 might fall as much as 1,070,000 degrees short of today's predicted temperatures for that year.
