So the airlines are acting as if a $6 ticket surcharge is the equivalent of a massive human rights violation. (Just keep in mind airlines generally charge several times that much for a checked bag.)   [If this carbon dioxide hoax charge is so small, is it big enough to alter our behavior sufficiently to prevent a measurable amount of CO2-induced bad weather?]
