The neo-Malthusian agenda (which I discussed in “Forbidding To Marry” in April) is advanced by people who don’t even realize they’re advancing an agenda at all.

July 2009: The UN Development Programme (UNDP), through its Global Project on capacity development for policy makers to address climate change under the Bureau for Development Policy, is developing a Methodology Guidebook and Reporting Guidelines for the assessment of investment and financial flows to address climate change. UNDP is inviting interested experts to provide comments on the methodology.
