South Dakota city of Yankton has record-cold temp | The Daily Republic | Mitchell, South Dakota

The National Weather Service says the city on Tuesday tied its record-low temperature for the date, at 45 degrees. That was 11 degrees below normal and tied the record low set in 1958.
